Résumé
Le problème du manque de place sur les arcades dentaires est essentiel dans la mise en oeuvre du plan de traitement en orthodontie.
L'étude statistique présentée dans cette première partie distingue nettement une différence sexuelle dans les dimensions dentaires et décrit les différences qu'elles présentent dans leurs largeurs.
Abstract
Tooth size discrepancy in dental arches is the most important problem which deals in establishing a treatment plan in orthodontic pratice, particularly in borderline cases in mixed dentition.
The statistical study presented shows a strong sexual difference between dental crown dimensions, and indicate the differences between each group of teeth.
