44, rue Jean Goujon, 75008 Paris
Abstract
The surgical step for tooth desimpaction must be assured by the practitioner who follows the treatment to its conclusion, that is to say, by the orthodontist. Comparison of many techniques, some with the collaboration of a non-orthodontist surgeon, and others without, show that the later have better results. The orthodontist must use simple surgery, easy to execute, and non-aggressive for periodontal tissues.
