Résumé

Le développement postnatal spécifiquement humain de l'oro-pharynx s'accompagne de modifications anatomiques qui touchent toutes les structures de la paroi ventrale du pharynx. Qu 'elles affectent les choanes, le voile du palais, l'isthme vélo-pharyngé et l'isthme du gosier, la langue, le plancher de la cavité orale, la mandibule, les transformations apparues au cours de cette "différenciation", demandent à être précisées en vue d'en comprendre le mécanisme et d'aborder ultérieurement le changement associé des modalités fonctionnelles.

Abstract

Specifically human, the postnatal development of the oropharynx is accompanied by anatomical changes affecting all the structures of the ventral wall of the pharynx. Whatever structures involved : choanae, soft palate, palatopharyngeal and faucial isthmus, tongue, floor of the oral cavity, mandible, the transformations appearing during that phase of "differentiation" have to be defined in order to understand the underlying mechanics and approach, later on, the combined functional changes.
