Résumé
Le traitement des infraclusies antérieures, chez l’adulte, implique bien souvent la mise en place d’un protocole orthodontico-chirurgical. Les éléments du diagnostic sont détaillés, les différentes techniques chirurgicales précisées et les indications illustrées par 3 cas cliniques.
Abstract
Correction of anterior open bite in adults often requires a combined orthodontic and surgical treatment plan. In this article we review in detail the elements that go into making a diagnosis, we give a precise assessment of different surgical techniques, and we illustrate our procedures with 3 clinical cases.
