Résumé
Le développement spécifiquement humain de l'oropharynx semble tributaire de la croissance axiale des vertèbres cervicales. Il est partie intégrante des changements de forme cranio-faciaux caractéristiques de l'hominisation du crâne et dont les mécanismes mettent en œuvre ceux de la posture cranio-cervicale.
Abstract
The specifically human development of the oropharynx seems to be bound with the vertical growth of the cervical vertebrae. It is part and parcel of the developmental changes observed during the cranial hominisation process, and involves craniocervical posture mechanisms.
