Proposition pour une prévision frontale de la croissance cranio-faciale à long terme

Résumé
Après une introduction sur les buts et la probabilité subjective de la prévision, puis une critique du choix en avenir incertain, l'auteur propose d'optimiser le choix décisionnel par une prévision à long terme de la croissance en incidence frontale, s'ajoutant à celle de l'incidence de profil.
Une méthode de construction manuelle est proposée, capable d'être mise sous forme de logiciel afin d'objectiver les possibilités thérapeutiques de façon tridimensionnelle.
Abstract
After an introduction about goals, subjective probability of forecasting and choice in uncertain future, the author proposes to optimize the decisional choice by a long term growth forecast in frontal incidence (PA) to complete the existing one in profile.
A manual cephalometric construction is offered able to be done by a computer in order to objective the therapeutic and clinical possibilities in 3D.
