Résumé
Les luxations méniscales provoquent des déviations des médianes incisives inférieures dont la direction est inconstante.
L'I.R.M. en coupe frontale permet de visualiser les luxations transversales et d'expliquer un certain nombre de directions de déviation. Ces luxations doivent être diagnostiquées et traitées le plus tôt possible afin de prévenir l'aggravation de la symptomatologie.
Abstract
Meniscal dislocations induce deviations of the lower incisor midline of inconstant direction.
A frontal section M.R.I, enables us to visualize transverse dislocations, thus explaining a number of directions of deviation. Those dislocations must be diagnosed and treated as early as possible in order to prevent symptomatology from worsening.
