Résumé
La classe II, division 2, est une entité clinique dans laquelle la croissance du squelette et de l'enveloppe fonctionnelle concourent au développement de caractères affirmés.
Tout ceci se manifeste par le développement d'une malocclusion dont les signes dentaires, squelettiques et faciaux, en harmonie avec l'environnement fonctionnel, constituent un vrai syndrome.
La dynamique de croissance, extrêmement active chez ces patients, peut être interceptée avant que la malocclusion ne s'installe ou ne s'aggrave.
Abstract
Class II, Division 2 is a clinical entity in which the growth of the skeleton and the functional envelope contribute to the development of apparent characters.
They all appear in the development of a malocclusion in which dental, skeletal and facial signs, in harmony with the functional environment, constitute a real syndrome.
Growth dynamics, extremely active in those patients, can be intercepted before the malocclusion settles or worsens.
