Il n'était pas envisageable de publier en une seule fois cet article, que son auteur a souhaité aussi exhaustif que possible et qu'il a réalisé avec une grande compétence. Il paraîtra donc en plusieurs parties, chacune d'elles étant accompagnée de la bibliographie qui la concerne. La première partie est parue dans le numéro 3 de 2001, auquel le lecteur peut se référer s'il souhaite consulter le résumé et les mots clés. La deuxième partie est parue dans le numéro 4 de 2001.

It wasn't possible to publish this article, which the author hoped to make as complete as possible, an objective in which he succeeded admirably, in a single issue. It will, therefore, appear in several sections, each of which will be accompanied by an appropriate bibliography.
