Résumé

Il est communément admis qu’une bonne relation thérapeutique favorise une bonne coopération du patient à nos traitements. Cependant la littérature médicale et nos propres recherches nous conduisent à une approche plus pertinente. Le corps et l’esprit sont indissociables chez l’être humain, de nombreuses observations montrent que les résultats thérapeutiques sont favorisés par la relation humaine. A technique égale les sollicitations biologiques sont différentes. Comment le cadre clinque peut-il intégrer ces recherches ?

Abstract

It is commonly accepted that a good practicioner-patient relationship favours good patient co-operation with treatments. However, medical literature and our own research have led us to a more pertinent approach. The body and the mind cannot be dissociated in humans and numerous observations show that therapeutic results are favoured by the human relationship. (Given similar techniques, biological answers differ). Now concerning the environment, the question is: “How can the clinical framework integrate this research?”
