Résumé
La littérature et la grande presse ont rapporté des cas d'enfants qui ont subi de sévères blessures oculaires consécutivement à une mauvaise manipulation par l'enfant, ou un tiers, d'un appareil délivrant des forces extra-orales. Cet article analyse la responsabilité du praticien et du patient face à ces regrettables accidents.
Abstract
Literature and press in general reported cases where children suffered of severe ocular injuries due to a bad handling by the child, or a third person, of a device delivering head gear forces.
This article analyses the responsability of the medical practician and the patient regarding these regrettable injuries.
